TDCSS provides 43 clean & bright 1-bedroom apartments at Park Seniors for those 55 and older. 8 of the units are fully accessible while the remaining 35 are adaptable. The amenties include: roof top deck with garden boxes, coin laundry and community kitchen.
All applications must go through the BC Housing Registry.
TDCSS provides clean & bright studio apartments at the Cedars. Cedars provides amenities including: a garden, coin laundry and community kitchen. The large community kitchen also provides community event space. Some units are wheelchair accessible.
TDCSS’ Homeless Outreach (HOP) worker connects with people who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness, to assist in applying for and finding housing solutions. The HOP worker also assists people in applying for BC Housing rental subsidies, referring to other resources, providing information and support on being a successful tenant and distributing supplies to those in need on our community.
