Troy, our associate director of support services, is truly appreciated in the community. He advocates for more inclusive systems where people are connected to the services and supports that will help them thrive.

In this episode, Troy shares the journey of how he became involved with supporting the people of Terrace and how he’s grown in this role. He discusses the ‘rewrite the rules’ campaign, unpacking some of the ways that community systems fail to support certain individuals, and how we can shift our approach in these areas to support people with diverse abilities.
