 Screening Process
MCFD Contracted Services Process (except CYSN services):
TDCSS-YFS Case Manager/Manager attends monthly screening meetings with representatives from MCFD, CYMH, NCFS, NIFCSS & ACYMH where referrals are reviewed and prioritized. Once a referral is approved for service and space is available, a meeting is scheduled with the referring source, the individual and/or family being referred and the case manager to complete the intake paperwork and plan for service.
Waitlist is reviewed and prioritized by the representatives involved in the monthly screening. *CYSN holds the waitlist for CYSN services and provides referrals to YFS when a space is becoming available.
Fee For Service Process:
1. Referral to YFS Manager
2. Meeting with parent/guardian/agency and person or family being referred and YFS case manager/manager to plan program and service delivery.
