Performance Measurement

Annually TDCSS conducts performance measurement of services provided for the purpose of Quality Improvement and Strategic Planning
 

Data and information is collected through a variety of methods such as
• Employee Surveys
• Stakeholder Surveys
• Person Served Surveys
• Satisfaction Questionnaires
• Ongoing Data Collection and analysis of the data
• Complaints and review of Complaints
• Satisfaction Forms
• Community Stakeholders meetings
• Informal Feedback
• Formal Feedback from External Sources
 

Information gathered is analyzed at least annually. Performance improvement plans are developed as needed from this analysis and reported in the TDCSS Annual Outcomes Management Report. This Report is available to employees, stakeholders and the public on the TDCSS and Sharevision websites. In addition, the Report will be mailed to any person who requests a written copy of the report.
